Following some tech discussion over on enWN's [[:en:Water cooler|Water cooler]] (Technical) I've made changes to [[:en:MediaWiki:robots.txt]] which seem to have improved searching for our articles in Google News.
Someone here want to take a look at reproducing those locally? ([[MediaWiki:robots.txt]]). The changes do take a while to propagate out to [http://wikinews.org/robots.txt robots.txt]; but, afterwards try searching for your articles in GNews. --[[:en:User:Brian McNeil|Brian McNeil]]/<sup>[[:en:User talk:Brian McNeil|talk]]</sup> 18:00 19 jun 2013 (UTC)
